Reason #1 Why I'm the Queen

I really enjoy taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese. This is because:

a. a fool and her money are soon parted. But there are worse things to spend money on. I can't think of any at the moment, but I'm sure there are.

b. I have a thing for their wings. I know. I know.

c. when we can't get outside (or don't feel like it), the kids can run around and play in a relatively safe environment, while I sit and read Entertainment Weekly in peace.

d. because we homeschool, we're able to go during the week when it's empty, and therefore less annoying. One more reason that homeschooling rules!

So we were in Chuck E. Cheese yesterday, and I was tickled to discover that Chuck E. and his robotic companions were all singing Christmas carols. It just made me laugh-they've got a new act! That looks extremely similar to their old act, just has new songs!

Okay, so maybe it's less funny, now that I'm explaining it. But it was funny to me yesterday.
